TUNKUY is an artistic project by Iván Jaque, a Mexican producer with Chilean roots, who resides in Munich, Germany.
His music showing his particular taste for dub, enriched with elements of the electronic world.
Focused on dub and Afro-Latino rhythms, Tunkuy experiments with numerous genres such as reggae, dancehall, afrobeat, funk and cumbia.
PULMARI, his debut album, depicts different landscapes, from remote communities in South America to the fusion of Northern cultures based on their ceremonial pilgrimages.
